Sarah (she/her) is a Los Angeles-based historian, writer, and cultural critic with a master’s degree in history and a deep specialization in the Y2K era. Known for blending sharp insight with humor and heart, she explores the intersection of girlhood, pop culture, identity, and belief systems through a self-reflective lens.

Sarah is a co-host of Final Girls, a popular femme-forward horror film podcast that dissects the tropes, traumas, and triumphs of iconic Final Girls in horror.
